8-year-old Beka has a severe congenital heart defect. Georgian doctors are not daring to perform surgery, as they say there is a high risk of a fatal outcome! They are giving an extremely important advice to the poor single mom of three: “Prevent him from risks”. I wonder, would they also give the same advice to their own child in a similar situation?
