I don't want them to laugh at me at school!

Nia (6-year-old): Soon I will go to school, but I don't have anything new. All my clothes are either too big or too small. Some of them are even torn. But I want to go to school looking pretty. And I want my backpack to be beautiful too! 

And also, I want us to have a television at home so that all six of us, together with mom and grandma, can sit on the couch and watch cartoons. I learned a poem for school about a cat that broke a vase and upset her grandmother. But I don't have a cat or a vase, not even any dolls. Do you know what kind of dolls I dream of? The ones that have dresses and their own little house!
